Good morning STACers, It's friday, and for all of you 8-5'ers I know you are very glad it's here. How is everybody doing? How are your challenges coming along.
I am just consistently going thru the days, working on my exercise challenge, no scales challenge, and the Oct 31 challenge...
Yesterday I was hungry for comfort foods all day long... that's so rare. I had olives, which are so rich and wonderful and we had parmesean chicken last night, moist chicken breasts with Mayo and Parm mixed and topped on the chicken and baked for 25 mins...SO yummy, and it took care of everything. I even had half a diet coke in the afternoon...I've only had a DC one other time in 73 days.
It's very rare I crave, or feel the need of food comfort any more. Yesterday I was off, I was bored, tired, and at a lower energy place and instead of pushing thru and doing above and beyond stuff, pushing myself into exhaustion today, I EASED UP AND TOOK CARE OF MYSELF. Gave myself a rare treat. Went out of the way to cook a favorite meal. Came off the "high standards" to "real-ville" and took care of my needs... I am thinking this is a positive sign to treat myself well.

I make it 4-5 days then slide...today it was a yogurt cup my two year old didn't eat...I love yogurt and it was ooh there are no excuses I did it...23g of carbs so my only plan is to not eat anything with carbs for the rest of the day....grrr...I am so freaked out about my lack of willpower and my ability to sabotage myself over and over again...I see all the posters with days and days cheat free and I wonder how do you do it...why am I so weak?
