  • Thought I'd pop in

Hi I'm Dee, this is my second time, the first time I lost 33lb but got pregnant and stayed pregnant and breastfeeding till now. So I now have 5 children and I want to be skinny again, well maybe not skinny as much as healthy. I currently weigh 103kg or in American speak 227lb. I have already lost 11lb by weight watching and kinda low carbing, anyway I just wanted to pop in and say hi.

Hi I have edited this post as I did not start Atkins last October as I was still breastfeeding my baby. I was going to start but decided against it.

YEAH...Dee you came over to our lounge!!!! Very cool. There are a bunch of regulars...I'm glad u introduced yourself. We've all been down the road with Atkins and we keep reminding ourselves of all the benefits. We talk about water, keto sticks, restarting. Some times we get on a topic and inspire each other on, we did a short term, medium term and long term goals recently. Most of us jumped on the No weigh challenge...so we are not weighing right now...
We encourage each other when it's tough, and applaud the pounds lost...
We check in once a day, and look forward to you meeting otheres...the weekends can be slow, so don't give up on us STACers...

Welcome, Coolbahdee -- we're so glad to have you join us, here on the best forum on ADBB!

You've certainly made a great start, and we'll look forward to your contributions.

(A word of warning, though. Take anything that Cleochatra says with a grain of salt. One about the size of the Rock of Gilbraltor should just about do the trick!)
