Here I am starting over. I lost a bunch then started to exercise ( weight lifting) and went back to my old ways. It was fine for a while then i totally forgot the adkins ways.
I added more and more carbs untill i did not count them anymore. Well i gained alot and i am back to square 1.. Well today is my first day back on introduction. here i go again.

Completely fell off wagon: August 2006
. I am also back in the game. I am alot less tiered and feel great. So here i am 5 pounds dropped. curious to see next week. I will start to add my Turbo Jam this week. Not to much because of the way i was feeling last week. I still have to fight with the water issue. I have to drink more.
