Ok, me first, I am Jessica, that's my real name behind the Outback Jess name. I am almost 50 and I am out to change my life for the better. I am on day 76 of Atkins. I have lost a good bit of weight, but that's not as important as recoverying a balanced life, that has good exercise and activities in it, 100 oz of water! and eating right. I love it here at STAC, and the boards. I am an encourager and a motivator by gifting... and I will always try and bring a fresh positive to the journey, as they cross my path!

. And the reality is, the longer I hang on the easier it is to do so. I've had help! My wife is doing it with me, not so much because she needs to but rather because she's being supportive. And not having to make so many different meals is always easier.
