Hey STACers, how we doing today. I keep reaching for my water...It reminds me of the little things that hold Atkins totally together for me. Water is a challenge that must be delt with every single day, and it often reflects my ATTITUDE of cooperation...If I am on top of my water, I usually am on top of every thing. If I am not reaching a certain "watermark" by 10am, it's a reflection of "Oh I am too busy for this" and I immeditately stop and do the buddy check on myself...At noon is another time to check my watermark, and it reflects how I am coping with my program with in my day...
We have some people here engaged in moving, and preparing for big moves. How is your water doing? If you can keep to the water, and find a half hour a day to keep to the exercise, you are not going to have too much trouble with the rest...If you get tooo busy, things could begin to unravel on little thread at a time....For me, water would be a good indicator of unraveling...when I don't care about it, I am loosing my edge of BEING CAREFUL...

Usually, I get 90-120 oz... my biggest problem is exercise and wine.
It is my favorite exercise and I cannot wait to start doing a couple of miles a day, in addition to the treadmill.
