    Induction day 2 down 6 pds!!!!

    I lost another 4 pounds this morning.... for a total of six pounds in just two days!!! whoa! This clean induction thing is really working. Why didn't I do it the last time I tried this WOL? Live and learn.

    Fantastic girl!!!! How wonderful for you and I just bet you feel great too! Clean induction works, extended induction WORKS, Ongoing WEight Loss (OWL) WORKS! it really works...Expect your body to slow down a bit soon, it's not use to loosing all of this...
    You are doing so well, concentrate on getting that water in, and working on exercising and getting that into the mix, daily...
    I learned real fast to stay away from numbers...because they started to slow down...
    I focus on my part, clean induciton,water and exercise and leave the weight loss to my body!!!
