  • What's for supper?

I'm running out of ideas. Had to imagine, huh?

The family is having red beans and cornbread.

I dunno what to cook. I thinking some stuff bell peppers! That will use up my cheese, veggies and protein! I may do a little bit of mashed cauliflower in it to look like rice

What are you having for supper?

Country style pork ribs- those are my favorite ribs. I'll probably have a loaded fauxtato to go with it.

I cannot decided... might have the green enchilada chicken casserole but I used red salsa (so it is pink) with a salad or ham, scalloped turnips and cucumbers again like last night!

                      Re: What's for supper?

Well, the Whitecastle Pie was OK....but just OK.

My boyfriend HATED it! But he hates eggs...so I wasn't expecting a miracle outta him.

I don't know if I'll make it again...but I do think I shouldn't have added as much of the egg/mayo/cream mixture to it...it seemed really squishy--I would have preferred a firmer top. I like my eggs FIRM (like my abs HA HA HA THAT was a joke) I'm totally bummed...the picture looked awesome, but my results were less than.

Good flavor, strange texture (to me anyway) but it was cheap, so it's worth a shot to make!
