    Juli you mean, just little baggies with a closure, like a sandwich baggie? Ziplocks?

        Yup sandwich bags like ziplocks--resealable ones. You don't want the folding sandwich bags or else you'd have Egg Drop Soup.

          LOL@ egg drop soup...Well thanks julie, I guess I'll have to try it before I make any prejudgements about them. If you add cheese with them, does it get ooky?

            nope the cheese is good, not ooky--just make sure you cook it long enough or else you might mistake cheese for raw egg? Sometimes I add shredded cheese to the bag, other times I'll put a thin slice of cheese on the omelette after I put it on my plate--the egg is so hot it will melt the cheese no problem

              I'm always looking for ways to make cooking easier, and this sounds like it...
