I just wanted to give a shout out to myself. I completed 26 cheat free days, 2 weeks on the Exercise Video and 64 oz water challenge. I have no idea how much weight I've lost because I'm on my personal crusade for the no scale challenge. Right now I'm going by how my clothing fit and they are quite loose. I intend to get weighed when I go back for my physical exam on 12/12 and at that point I'll find out my true progress. In the meantime I'm in it for the long hall ADBB. Keep on supporting one another by "keeping it real" on this board. Peace and much success to you all.
