        Hey Twilight......my bad....I forgot to change my signature....I am currently at 236 lbs since restarting...I'll change it right now...
        Thanks for noticing though....It helps me realize how I was sucessfully losing weight when I first started ATKINS and really put my mind to it....

                Tamariah is the single-most understanding and sweet person I've met since returning to ADBB. She has an unmatched sense of humor and a casual laid back demeanor that always makes you feel comfortable regardless of how sensitive the issue being discussed. Her imagination is fantastic and she is always willing to go along for a hypothetical ride! Every time I see that she is on the board when I arrive it makes me break out a grin and I just have to pm her. A non-judgemental and dear friend to everyone unconditionally.

                  what can I or anybody say about Cathyjobob that will do her justice, she has gone from lacking exercise motivation to running the meet me in IOWA 10,00 mile challenge and is getting ready to do a triathlon as an oncore in Jan and a Kansas marathon in Dec if I read it right. woo hoo. she always brings great illistations too

                    2big has been such help to me. she has brought me from zero to 30 (minutes) with my treadmill challenge and is full of endless knowledge about Atkins and how it makes us tick. She is caring and dedicated to all who want to know.

                          Sugarfreeone (KAT) has returned to ADBB with such a great positive attitude towards the Atkins WOE and exercise!! She puts some of us to shame with her daily treadmilling and is on the way to becoming a big loser!!

                              2big is an awesome woman. I greatly admire her. She reached her goal and has maintained - what an inspiration!

                              2big is always here to help when there is a question to be answered - she helps put minds at ease, encourage people and set them straight when they are confused.

                                Lady Hawke makes many posts that I can really identify with. Her progress speaks for her hard work and determination. Reading her posts makes me feel like "I'm not the only one." This is so motivating and empowering for me.
