  • Good Saturday Morning

    Hey STACers, it's saturday and I know I am one of the only ones up...I couldn't sleep in...so much going on inmy head. That good I suspect!
    I have to prep a message for 2 services at church tomorrow and I have a huge Mtg for the conference my dept will host in March...I have secured a Strategic Planner, who just was trained in Project Mananagement...she is after her CPM certification. That's a boon to my project!

    I just dropped 3 more pounds and am at 41 total loss now..I am sure it's all the exercise I have added to my life!

    Well, all have a great day! and a Great weekend!

    Congratulations on your 95 cheat free days and additional 3 pound loss. You are doing a "phenomenal" job. Keep up the good work.

      Jess!!!! Congrats to the loss! you are proving again that exercise is a major contributor in making our lives what we want them to be. Ride those endophines all day long You only have 44 pounds left to go!! YOU ROCK!

        Yeah Rachel you are so right, EXERCISE is proving to be a huge contributor to this way of life, or this way of loosing weight...I just weighed in on Nov 1...That's pretty amazing...and at the level I exercise right now, I am not exhausted too often any more...
        I am about to pop on the bike inside and ride...I have to get Caitlin fired up and exercising at a new rate...some how this has to happen...She is so stuck at 15lbs in 95 days!

          Jess, does Caitlin like to dance or anything? Maybe the trick for her is the routine of "Exercise". If perhaps you/she could disguise the exercise as a fun activity it might help her. I thought of dance class...specifically East Coast swing dancing or Lindy Hop....my goodness talk about a workout! A lot of young people here are getting involved in Swing dance clubs because of it's "retro" appeal, and the physical energy of the dancing.

              Happy Saturday to everyone... today is a painting day. Luna got me up at 6am (when do they learn weekend sleep-ins?) so i am just jumping on the computer while i am waking up and then i'll get ready to go over to the house. It will be so much fun to decorate & get everything settled in. And finally settled in... for good. Seems like i have always been in a state of moving from one place to the next, never fully unpacking. Now i can do that! Woo-hoo!

                HEY HEY HEY STACers!

                Rise and Shine! I've actually been up since after 6am, but been kind of laying in bed, zoning out, and finally I figured out I wasn't going back to sleep, so I came on here.

                In the next hour or so, I'm going to head on over to the gym, and get in a killer cardio workout, weight training session, and toning routine. I have only worked out 3 times this week, due to a crazy schedule, so I need to get back in the game! I am ready! GRRRRRRRRRRRR! <that's my war paint, Jess>

                    Hey Juli, happy working out!

                    We're going to San Francisco next week, so I'm spending today planning what foods we need to take with us and what we will eat out. I hope to try some take-out chicken wings somewhere for a treat. I've read here where someone Pizza Hut wings are legal, so I want to find out if that's correct before we eat them and also I'll check out the restaurant list as well. I read a good idea here as well, that said we can't go wrong with ordering a steak--Yum! We are taking a ton of water with us.

                            Thanks Dragonflymoon. We are leaving Wednesday, and hopefully it's for two nights We're stretching it the extra night as long as we're there, but it's possible we come home the next day. I have a doctor check up for my neck problems. But we always make the trip fun first, then the appointment is just there for a few minutes. I'll be sure to take pictures.
