      Thanks Rachel! I cannot give up on coming here and restarting as many times as it takes. I'm really placing a lot of hope into this doctor and getting balanced out. So hopefully by the end of this week the meds will be correct. Its so difficult to work towards weight loss when the meds keep making my weight increase . But here I am, its Monday, I'm doing good - it will work.

                      I'm in alberta, canada. It's gorgeous! The only thing is that it is raining. I wanted to go hiking, and I will hike in snow and sun, but rain is just so miserable when it's cold. :P

                          Well, my day is going so well! I am over the inbetween meal munchines too! I was able to have a 3 hour stint between breakfast and lunch with out hiting the fridge or pantry. I am so happy! It looks like I am on my way again! WOO HOO!

                          It is going to take me some time to catch up with who is who around here.. I know Babs though from the old boards I was on!

                          I gotta go finish working but I will check in again later!

                            Wow, I am starving today for some reason. Not very convenient for me to be hungry today of all days! Wonder what I might be able to find to eat - I've already eaten 2 string cheeses, some ham, turkey, salami, peanuts, and a caesar salad. and it's only 2!!!

                            I think I need to go buy a big thing of water! :P

                                drat, went down to the little store and they were out of everything! no salads, no coldcuts, no nothing i could eat. *sigh*
