  • Menus under 1800 cals? Please share

    Hi everyone -- I tried to go back through Fitday to my past WOL menus where I had it figured out to come out balanced and less than 1800 calories -- I can't find my old menus......I'd really be grateful to receive your menus that come out under 1800 cals. if you have any handy...... thanks

    Heidi, why are you worried about the calories? During induction, especially, I would not worry about calories at all. Just focus on eating within your carbohydrate limit and feeding only your hunger. The calories will work themselves out.

      yep listen to yur body and only feed your hunger. some days you might be down to 800 cals and others up to 3000 but for each day that will be the amount of fuel you rbody needed.

        Whoa, I was worried there for a second. Calories are a totally irrelevant part of this balanced breakfast. Um... sorry 'bout that, I couldn't resist. It's like a cereal commercial.

        But seriously, like 2big and Valid said, don't even bother with the calories. That's one of the things that rocks about this WOE, no calorie counting to speak of.
