I just got back from hauling Caitlin into school. It's turned into such a motivational time and I always end of saying something I quickly write down to use here or my blog...
Today it was all about the FAT, you see the FAT WILL BE BACK, if we dont' change, completely change in our hearts and lifestyle... We need to transition into a new person, which is way past just adopting a eating plan for a season...
Dr Atkins called it a WAY OF EATING AND A WAY OF LIFE!
It's not a "10 plan to a better you!, BUY NOW! 19.99" ...You can't be a better you in 10 days! You can start some new positive habits, but it takes real time to become new in an area...
The people who reach goal and then keep it off, they have made the transition from diet to lifestyle...
SO, BACK TO DRIVING IN THE CAR!
Caitlin has started to create a routine of 100 crunches in the morning...I said, you will need to move past just getting it done, to becoming a cruncher! OR THE FAT WILL BE BACK!
It's not just about "getting the water in" but it's about pressing it until you become a WATER DRINKER, or the FAT WILL BE BACK
It's not about doing exercises to loose weight it's about becoming an exerciser! or THE FAT WILL BE BACK
It's more than eating low carb, it's about becoming a low carber forever, or THE FAT WILL BE BACK!
We of all people know what will come back if we let up, compromise, break promises, we know the slippery slope, we are 2nd timers...and most of us are more than that, we are the ones who admit, been there done it, FAT CAME BACK, we are the ones who understand just how far away that goal is and then the real work begins in keeping IT OFF...We know it's gonna time a lifestyle to keep it off...We do know this...
