  • Restarting after a long time away!

    Hi Everyone
I used the program many years ago when I needed to release 25 lbs ... and it worked quickly and easily for me. After many years I am back ... older and hopefully wiser ... one marriage behind me, one great kid (now grown and on his own) one serious relationship that went from living together to just friends ... and here I am - dating again and doing Atkins again.
Today is my second day on induction - this part wasn't in the program when I used it before, but I actually stayed under the 20 grams when I did it before.
I'm excited and ready to see the pounds falling away !

Orann, I'm a second time arounder too. Welcome Back. Check out the Second Time Around Forum here on ADBB, there is such a good group of people focused on making it stick this time, they are so motivational and supportive to each other.

Make sure that you read Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution version 2002. It's so important. Even if you've read it before, go back and read it again. I read my book every now and then to make sure I'm on track. I figure if I'm going to do this, I'm going to do it right. When done right, it WORKS!
