    na na na na hey hey hey GOODBYE!!! 30 pounds out the door! It's never coming back either. I started this WOL on September the 17th and haven't looked back. Leaving sweets and unhealthy food in the dust. I feel good! The only part that I'm not living up to satisfaction is my water. I don't drink anything else. No diets, strictly water and I enjoy it. But, can't seem to get enough in during the day. Grrr. Other than that, all is well and my willpower stands strong. I can't wait to get to 40, 50, 60................

                  Congratulations!! It's such a wonderful feeling! I hope you're really proud of youself.

                  Are you doing anything to celebrate/reward yourself? Some sweet new clothes or fab new make-up? You deserve it! Keep up the great work!!

                      I rewarded myself yesterday with a king size snicker bar.............Alright, no I didn't, but I saw some of your mouths drop!!!! I did go to Walmart and buy TP though. I know I live such an exciting life. This week is a "bills" week, so no splurging til next week. I am going to get me a new pair of jeans. The only 2 rewards I have really thought for myself is when I hit 50lbs I'm getting my belly button pierced (again) and at 100lbs I'm buying a bikini. Thanks for your support all, that is a reward in itself!!!!!!!
