  • six days in...

I'm six days into induction and I'm happy to say that it hasn't been difficult in the least. Planning was key.

I'm bummed as I didn't make it to the gym. It is my priority to get it going this week as I want to be firing on all cylinders. No excuses here...just need to go.

Also didn't grab the measuring tape yet but that is my top priority tomorrow (along with laundry, of course!).

I'm addicted to the ADBB. You guys keep me inspired...motivated...focused.

rosenbaj! Congrats...YOU want to measure and take your pictures..because as you melt away, you want to be able to see the before and after...Once you start to exercise you will build muscle and the scales will stop dropping a bit and that messes with our minds, but if you can see that the fat is disappearing you will get a boost..Remember exercise builds muscle and muscle and fat WEIGH the same but they don't take up the same space...Fat takes up more space than lean muscle does. SOOOOOO the measuring tape will reflect fat loss...It's keep my head together many times...because sometimes the scales don't move at all.
