  • A positive first!

    So yesterday I had a business trip to go on, I flew there, did my meetings and went back to wait for my flight home with about 4 hours to kill in the airport - now in the past, no matter how well prepared I have been this has always been the point at which I would cheat!

    So in the morning I had packed up some olives and pepperoni to take with me in case I needed a quick snack, and when I got to the lounge there was all kinds of food out, bread, cakes, spring rolls and so on - the boredom is usually what gets me but I am PROUD to say I had a few olives, read my book and drank some water, never even went near the food, and it wasn't that I wasn't aware of it, it was just that every time I though about it, I would say to myself, "really, is eating that carbage THAT important to you?", and I would answer no, to myself in this little internal dialogue!

    So just to say I got through day 18 clean and happy!!

    It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

          Thats great Kay. I travel a lot on business, and know that from past experience of diets, its often where I falter.


          I'm on day 5 of induction right now.... your positive first gives me encouragement for my business trips coming up in December.

              It was a big thing for me, and as I have about 4 more trips before the end of the year, I know that as i've done it once, next time will be even easier!
