Thanks everybody for the birthday shout-outs! I had a great birthday. I did exactly what I wanted to do and that was have fun and be at peace. What a blessing. This is the first year in my adult life that I did not have a drink of alcohol on my birthday. I went low carb all the way and no cheating. How did that happen? I guess it's starting to sink in deep. As always I remind myself, this a lifestyle change, not a diet.
Again, thanks for your well wishes, it really means a lot. You guys are so supportive and I feel blessed to be a part of the ADBB community.

I had a great birthday, went shopping, got a manicure and won $1,000 at the New Yonkers Raceway Casino (NYC). Last but not least, low carbed it.
