O.K...I did everything right. I stayed focused and on track this Thanksgiving holiday except that I ate tons of veggie side dishes. All of them were Atkins friendly, but I went way over my allowed carb amount and threw myself out of ketosis. I ate about the same amount of veggies the next day as leftovers. Then today, I had the most awful stomach ache possible. Could this really be from just too many carbs?!?! Almost knocked an old lady down trying to get to the public restroom at the shopping mall today! (Naw...it was really an old man

This is my first "cheat", if you'd call it that, since starting. I realize though that I actually enjoyed eating a bit more and am now seriously considering moving out of extended induction. I wanted to lose more weight before I did that, but I may be getting a bit bored with the induction menu...better to move on than to sabatage!
