    Control YOU, focus on doing your best, but let your body loose the weight in it's timing, because frankly, can you change when it does what i'll do??? Probably not without getting sick, or burned out, then where will you be???
    Since this is a lifestyle, its about living each day. Doing the things that make for a great life, every day, weight loss starts to diminish in focus.
    The people who want it NOW, struggle here, and the people who PUT DATES and POUNDS together struggle here, because again frankly, we can't control that part, without going to extreme unsafe impractical measures...
    I read somewhere in DANDR, the "slower the weight loss the better the chances of keeping it off"...Now the part of me that's trying to loose, does not LIKE those words, but the part of me who wants to be here in a year, RELAXES...the weight will come off, it's NOT WHAT I'M WAITING FOR.. I AM NOT WAITING FOR ANYTHING, I"VE ALREADY GOT EVERYTHING I WANTED! BUT LONGEVITY. If i can keep the battle won in my mind, will and emotions...I am there, NOW!
