            Thanks everyone! my arms are so sore from griping the steering wheel. My daughter rolled a massage thing on my back and arms.. yowweee.. I didn't realize how sore I was! I've taken some Tylenol P.M. to help me sleep.. it's been a long day.

                          Thanks, everyone. I know those prayers really helped me all weekend. I am very proud to say I am feeling much better and turning to food during this time never crossed my mind. I have wonderful family and friends (online and offline!) who helped me so much. I am truly blessed. I'm waiting until monday to slowly get back on the gazelle - I have missed my exercise!

                          Thanks again, I knew the board was a great place. my heart is truly warmed by your prayers and concern
