  • STAC is where I need to be!

    Hi everyone!

I am also in need to get back on track. I have been trying to get back to this WOE correctly, but seem to slip before the day is over. I know the rules, I know the formula, NOW I just need to re-commit myself to living my life to the fullest.

I need to be held accountable for my actions. So decided that STAC is the place I need to report to daily.

In the morning, Dec. 4th. I will start my induction. I will come and report my struggles and my triumphs too. Planning on reporting lots of positive actions.

I will report my exercise, WATP is my new plan and I like it real well. Getting ready to walk it for this evening.

Don't want to forget my WATER too.

I am glad to see JoanOH back too. Hi Joan, hope to see you and me doing great.

Thanks everyone for the support here at ADBB. It is the best site online!

Happy Low Carbing! Say a little prayer for me to get back to LOw Carbing correctly!
    Becky Sue
    Going for my walk(WATP)

    Report tomorrow! See you then!

Yay, Becky. There is a very strong group here in STAC right now. You'll be in good company. We've also got a "Clean it all up for Christmas" challenge in the challenges forum if you'd like to join us.

You know what needs to be done. Just set yourself goals for the day and follow through on them. Take the baby steps and that momentum will come.

Hey BeckySue you've one of my inspirations for a while now. I support you in your re-committment tothis life style. I need to be a bit more focused myself, so effective 12/4/06 I'm dropping the coffee & heavy cream, step it up on the water and keeping 'Walking Away the Pound'.

I believe in you and I know that you believe in yourself.

        Peace and Blessings

                  Hi Becky:

Best of luck on your first day today. Once you make it through day 1, day 2 will be a little easier, day 3 will be even more easier, and so on. You can do it!

Now the thing is... we KNOW how to do this, don't we. And we're way ahead of the newbies because we KNOW how much better we feel when we're doing this WOL, right? Remember what if feels like to come on ADBB and have people clap and cheer for you when you're doing things right?? Best feeling in the world, wasn't it? We know how good it feels to exercise, how easy the water is to get down, what to eat and what not to eat...

Remember all our old posting buddies and what they taught us. Remember IrishIrish's "One bite WILL hurt" and "B(u)y the book!".

I know where you are...and I'm just 5 days ahead of you. You can PM me any time you need a shoulder or a boost or a shove or a kick in the butt

And now we're both determined and ready to show 'em all over again ! Lemme hear a "yesssssssssssss maaaaaaaaaa'am!"

                    Now let's do this!

I am back and ready to rumble!

I am not going to dwell on what all happened to get me off track! That is ancient history! Can't hardly remember, or maybe don't wanna remember. I do know the correct way to eat and today was a good day. I am pleased with myself.

Thanks everyone for the welcome back.

I ate cheatfree today. Walked a mile. Been drinking my water. So I am getting back to the way I want to be.

It is almost 6 weeks since my c-spine surgery. My recovery is coming right along. I am still restricted , on physical activity, by my surgeon . I go back to see him, Jan.2nd. I plan to have some of this re-gained weight kicked back to the curb.

                        Thank you everyone!

You're doing great BeckySue! I'm proud of you. Being a STACer too, I'm not sure why it's so hard to get back into the swing...but I know it is. I will say however, that being here with us, joining these girls (and guys...where IS pstansel?) sure does help...and within a week you're going to feel so much better.

I know that this time around, I do NOT want to lose my grip on this WOL again. I know where it all starts going downhill, and that's why I did the clean it all up thread, to nip the downward spiral in the bud so to speak.
