Monday...Good Progress

I lost 5lbs in 7 days...wooohooo

Anyone else with some success for the past week? I am doing this with some real commitment!

Got a mirror put up inthe room so I can enjoy my progress as I go along my journey...

Good job Bong!!!! I've lost 11 pounds in three weeks, so I'm really happy about that. I really should have lost more last week -- I need to drink my water.

Congrats Bono...Go to CP up on the title bar, and then on the left side, edit signature, and fix up your new weight loss numbers....girl that's results...I know you are working hard...I hope you are thinking long term and lifestyle so all that hard work will last and be come habit and routine...then what comes off, stays off....I hear thats the hard part....and we thought it was induction!!!!

Thanks Outback Jess...I am sticking to this WOE/WOL until I get to my goal of 120-115lbs and then maintain my carb intake....and exercise routine....
