  • Induction Flu?

Well looks like I finally caught up with the flu....I take care of two boys who are sick so i am not sure if it was from the induction or from them...

I have told myself that I will not give in to defeat!

I have made it throught Day 7 and now on Day 8 with 6lbs down...Went to t he gym last night to sweat out the infection...I know I have one as my phlegm is brown...Used to be a Medical Assistant.

I have papers to write for my finals and exams galore...I couldn't be more stressed with a flu on top of teh deadlines I have to meet.

Anyhow...Hope you guys are having a good morning

That darned cold and flu season! Interfering with our schedules and goals! Be sure to take care of yourself. Get your rest and drink plenty of water.

Hey girl, maybe take the day off from exercise, but eat right and drink plenty of water...it might be wise, if your body is taxed, and you have soo much going on, to give yourself a rest day or two...might make it over the hump of it all better.
