I did it, took those first steps this morning! I won't be walking any marathons anytime soon, but I walked!
I was supposed to do 15 minutes, but stopped after 10 minutes. Not walking for 3 weeks set me back a little. No problem, though, it will only take a couple of days to get up to speed.... "get up to speed"....ha ha..... get it????
Ok, back to work!

I crave the exercise now.. I love the exercise endorphines coursing through my body making me all tingly and sparkly. It just helps me keep the rest of the day in line. And I feel so strong. I did .75 of a mile today in one session. I was huffing and puffing.. hopefully I"ll be back was I was before the wreck. Each day it gets better and better!
