  • Weekend Challenge

    Hi All! Why a weekend challenge? During the week with our busy schedules, low-carbing easily fits into our agenda. We treat it as an appointment. We plan for it, around it and during it. We're more conscious of our water intake, what we had for breakfast, lunch and dinner. And we're so mindful of our snacks and then comes the weekend; shopping, running, chores and eating on the run. This is a time when we really need to become focused planning for fun on the run and still staying true to our committment.

    I plan to get my water in, exercise and eat accordingly. What will you do? Hola!

    Hey Chris, I plan to exercise with my neighbor this morning at 8am, and I plan on getting my water and food organized. I have a party to night , so I plan on taking something I can nibble at should I need to. I plan on having a great day!

      I plan on getting ALL of my water in (one gallon) having a really GOOD sweaty workout both today and tomorrow, and I need to watch my portions...I've always had a tendency to overeat on Weekends or eat later at night...oh and I'm going to try for 30g carbs!

        I also am going to try my darndest to get a full gallon of water in. I am already down 32 ounces and headed to the gym so that should be at least another 32 ounces there.

        I am also going to do some shopping and get some meals for the next two weeks. Grab and go stuff

        My other goal is to find something to do these three days I am off work that will take me out of the house and not cost me money!!! Otherwise I am going to crawl into my bed and be a hermit for the next three days!

          I'm going to drink ALL of my water and do my crunches for the AB challenge, and eat right, of course.

            I have got my water in today, WOO HOO!
            I checked my fitday percentages and they are in good shape. So today has been another cheatfree day!!
            I walked a mile with my WATP DVD. I am just getting ready to walk another 15 minutes. then I should be very happy with myself today.
            Going for a stationary walk. Looks like I am not ging anywhere. But I know it will take me to goal in the future.
