Hi All! Why a weekend challenge? During the week with our busy schedules, low-carbing easily fits into our agenda. We treat it as an appointment. We plan for it, around it and during it. We're more conscious of our water intake, what we had for breakfast, lunch and dinner. And we're so mindful of our snacks and then comes the weekend; shopping, running, chores and eating on the run. This is a time when we really need to become focused planning for fun on the run and still staying true to our committment.
