  • update on the miracle of the 20lbs loss

    OK Yall,
If you read my post from earlier this morning I wrote about the 20 lbs loss.Amazing yet unbelievable but a huge boost of confidence to say the least.Anyways when I weighed and looked at the scale over n over again I checked to make sure the dial was where it should be and it was.Ok then after lunch took the guys ran some errands then Im like Im gettin back on there to see what it says now...lol...It showed 255 lbs.Ok so that is MUCH more believable. That is a 5 lbs losss in a week. What happened with that scale this morning or my body I have nooooooooooo clue....and to answer the ladt who asked what scale I use I use the only one I have access too and that is at work.So that is a good thing since I only at the group home 3 days a week. That keeps me from over weighing myself. Now in the morning I will weigh to get a more accurate weight since this am was all messed up.Then I will start with the weighing once a week.
Last time on Atkins I measured and became ocd over measuring myself this time I am not even going to do that.I will just let my clothes tell me my progress.Taking this one day at a time. Thanks Everyone for reading my post and responding .Yall r Great! A real Inspiration!
