  • Don't UNDO What you've DONE

Don't UNDO what you have DONE. Don't loose sight of how far you have come, how far you want to go and then the biggie: Don't loose sight of all these daily habits, and their ability to keep you holding onto what you earn.

We are not doing this FOR NOTHING, we are all doing this for SOMETHING:
    Health
    Life
    Peace
    Strength
    Example
    Enjoyment
    To Thrive

Don't loose sight for one day, of your plans, your goals and your dreams.
    I dream:
    To be healthy
    To be happy
    To be in control
    To be focused
    To be strong
    To thrive
    To go after bigger dreams

Hold on to the skills you are learning
    I can:
I can drink 100+ounces of water a day
I can count carbs and not go over
I can make exercise a priority and achieve daily
I can make new meals and cook within plan
I can get up early and preplan my steps
    I can have snacks ready
I can make time to be here and give back
I can avert a craving attack!

Today someone will quit, don't let that be you. Today someone will say, "ok, just this once, just this bite" don't let that be you. Some can get away with the "bite" and for the vast majority it will be the "KISS OF DEATH" to our plans. Today some one will put off exercise because they are tired, and never return to it.
KISS OF DEATH (Dr. A's comment about the first bite of illegal food)
I don't want the kiss of death, kissing ME! I've worked way to hard, and gritted it out many a morning. I AM NOT GOING TO UNDO WHAT I HAVE DONE! I WANT THE KISS OF LIFE ON ME!

Thanks JEss! You always know how to motivate people. I know that once you stop doing something (exercise, being strict about what you eat, counting every little carb, etc.,) it makes it that much easier NOT to go back to the good things you were doing. I know I'm guilty with that an exercising. I'm too tired, tomorrow will be better....the kids were up late last night, I didn't get any sleep, I'll do it tomorrow...I have to meet someone at 6 am, I don't have time to exercise with the other stuff I have to do, I'll do it tomorrow...its a cycle that can get pretty viscious! Thanks for posting this this morning and telling me to get my act together! You're awesome!
