  • SATURDAY Christmas Eve EVE check-in!!!

Helloooooooooooooo all, it's December 23rd, and whatcha up to?

Are you totally stressed out? I hope not...I've seen so many people say that they are going to ENJOY Christmas for once! Right on! The holidays should be about fun and good times and enjoying company, not about being perfect, or stress, or worries, or even FOOD!

What are your plans for this big day? I'm making chocolate covered cherries and going to the gym for a good cardio and abs workout. I might make my cheesecake a day early...? We shall see!

Hope all of you are getting everything together for your Christmas celebrations...have a good one, STACers!

    *Pulling hair out*
Haha, well, I STILL havent made it to the store, now I'm going to have to face the mobs. Yesterday my bf and I got sent to the one darn shopping center/"mall" place in town, and it was utter H E L L on earth, no joke. The worst part about the place is everything is spread out, so you pretty much have to hop in the car, wait 15minutes just to back out of your spot, wait 30minutes more to get into the main stream of traffic IF people will EVER let you in... ugh. I have never heard so many car horns honking at once, it was miserable, and the only thing we were there for was GIFT CARDS oh my god. Misery. Now its going to be past 10 or 11 before I can get to the store, I am so not looking forward to it at all. I have to run to the bank first with my bf's mom if she'll go so I can cash out a check my parents sent me, thats one positive at least, moneeeey. =) Then I can finally buy my bf a present, somewhere, maybe, if I can subject myself to more of that!

Sorry that things are so stressful, A. I hope that you can enjoy Christmas anyhow.

Juli, hope you had a crazy good workout at the gym.

We're going to in-laws tonight. Should be a festive evening of all the lovely children (read: brats) together. The sad thing is it isn't the little kids that are brats, its all the 9-12 year olds that really are asking for it, if you know what I mean. I mean, come on! Set an example. And PARENTS, discipline your freakin' kids!!!!

Hey Ayria -- I really do hope you get to enjoy your Christmas. Maybe you can get your bf something special at the after-Christmas sales.

I had a really nice day with my family -- visited my mom's and brother's graves at the cemetary. It was really beautiful there -- Christmas trees and poinsettias everywhere. We stopped and looked at some of the babies grave sights -- it was so sad...
Well, I have a few more presents to wrap tonight -- some light house cleaning tomorrow -- and then cooking Christmas dinner for around 20, not too bad...

I hope you all enjoy your time with your families and loved ones!
