    Hey everybody here at STAC!
    Time to check in. Anybody got the first quarter goals in mind for 07.

    Jan 1, 2007 has long been one of my "dates"...I have a date with this DATE!
    I've been getting ready, you know. Cleaned up my act with food, put on my pretty work out clothes and have been sweatin to the oldies. I've been getting ready to meet this NEW YEAR! It's exciting to have picked this date as a moment in time, where I would wake up in the places I was dreaming of in August.

    Are you ready for 07? Make a date, with a date! Work hard to arrive on that date more together, like you wish you were. Pick a point in time and work towards it....work on mentality, "lifestyle", work on milage, walking, jogging, biking...work on, clothing sizes... work on attitudes of diligence, will power, persistence.
    Who do you want to be on a certain date...make a date, with a date!
    there is so much more to GAIN than LOOSE...here with Atkins. Ketosis gives us an energy to pursue life again!!!!! Make a date with a date!

    Hi Jess.

    I am proud of the person I will be when I enter the New Year. I've completely changed my life and activity level in just a few months. And I know that each day I will be getting wiser and skinnier and healthier.

    My goal or "dream time" is this summer, when Geoff and I have our vacations and trips planned. We're going to Seattle or Portland for a shopping spree! We're going to Chicago to visit some college friends. We're driving to California to see family. We're driving down to Wyoming to visit my parents. With all of those trips you need stamina, endurance, and health. I plan to have it!

    The REAL test will be for my birthday--Geoff is taking me to Glacier NP and we're doing the 8 mile hike up into the mountains to spend the night at Sperry Chalet. We'll be in nature, preparing our own meals, and staying in a gorgeous Alpine style mountain chalet for the night. I would not have been able to do this hike before, but by the time July arrives, it should be no problem!

      My date is with Memorial Day for sure, hehe. I set a goal for my birthday too, but my doofus self forgot its one month away, not two, so that one's going to be hard, lol. I never go anywhere so I'd like to travel some this summer if possible. I've lived in California 3 years now and only been out of town twice besides going back home to visit which isn't fun.

        I'm feeling under the weather, but all the posts seem to inspire me Time to jot down my goals and desires for Jan of 2007! Can you believe it is almost here?? Time flies!

        Off to drink some water. Monday starts my exercising again.. the holidays seem like such a blurr now...

          Make a date with a date sounds great, Jess. I've never been good with making a date and sticking to it. Must have been feat I was afraid of the moment I thought of it. lol..this time I ain't skeered.

          I actually made a date, the same as Ayria (lol) for Memorial Day.
