Update:
I didnt fail this time.YAY!!!
So far I have made it 5 days CHEAT FREE.Best I have done since the 2nd time on ATKINS.(the time that worked for me)back from March 06 till May 06.I started like the 4th time around last Thursday I have passed up plenty of temptations even the temptation of my girlfriend and her neice making those lil Xmas Wreaths last night.I didnt even take one lil taste.I was quite proud.Instead I had brocolli for my snack and I was quite pleased.I am not even going to step on the scale probably until next week or even the next if I can fight the temptation.
One thing I know I need to work on is my h20 drinking.I remember this time last year I quit drinking coke.I went from a 12 pack every 2 days to maybe 1 can a month.I then started drinking about a gallon of h2o a day.After 2 weeks I was wanting h2o all the time.It improved the feel of my skin.I felt great.Now for some reason I cant seem to down the h2o I was drinking.Other then coffee it is pretty much my drink off choice.So since I have just about got my first week done of Induction (again)I think I am going to challenge my self to drinking at least the gallon I could drink last yr when I started this.H2o has so many benifits no one needs to tell me all about it.I have always known the benifits of h2o but when u actually feel the change it is soooooooooooooo worth it.
Ok other changes I have felt this week (well 5 days) is I think I am going through some wdrawl symptoms.I have been cranky VERY MOODY...lol...and for some reason and this happened last yr when I eat I get a major hot flash.Thats just weird.My face gets red hot after eating.Anyone know why?

I don't know why your face gets hot after eating, but I'm interested in finding out. I hope someone comes in with an explanation for that one.
