Happy New Year, STAC members. Please pardon the intrusion...
This is my first go-round with Atkins, and I'd like it to be my only one. Other than the obvious (eating too many carbs, going off plan), what led you astray from Atkins, and what are you doing differently this time? How can I avoid this cycle? As wonderful as you folks are, I would like to learn from you to avoid my own need for a "second-time around."
I've been thinking about this for a while, and was going to wait until I got closer to goal to ask, but then I realized -- I certainly don't have reach goal to fall off the wagon and want to come back. And Lord knows, while I'm going strong at the moment, I've had my falters -- and will again, I'm sure. It can obviously happen at any time...
