I'm Done?

I'm Done! 14 days today...I had to count and recount to make sure, but yes today makes 14 days on induction. I dont think im ready to move on yet, but thats just an update . Ok, I'm not the kind of girl who says these kinds of things, but honestly...honestly, checking up here and reading all of your stories/questions/confessions/sucesses was the key this time, Thank you All

Mgrace, read the next chpt inthe book, after the induction chapter. Read about staying in induction or going up the ladder. Read about the things that have changed in your 2 weeks. I was profoundly suprized at how much more stable I was once my blood sugars stablized...It actually made me want to "be together" all the more!

Thank you Saved, U will get there cause ur convinced this is the best way to lose weight and feel better about yourself...Keep checking up here and asking as many questions as come to mind and it will be over before you know it
