    Mornin STAC ers!! Last night I didnt get a chance to go to the Y because we had to look at furniture. At least I walked aroun for ever and got some exercise. I was STARVING when I was there, but I hung on till we got home to eat my ribs. Very happy about not just gettting something. My back and stomach still hurt, I think Ill have to get ahold of my reguladoctor in case there is something they can do to help me. Im starting to not feel good again. But Ill at least do my crunches annd pushups and try and hit the gym tonight FOR SURE! Without excuses, it really depends on how I feel and how my body is acting. I have my day planned, and Im ready to get moving!!

    Schellie, girl the way you are going, you are gonna be walking on water before we know it! I am so glad you came and posted the roll call post this morning...Nothing like a little "get it done" around here...Stepping up and making it happen will always put us ahead of ourselves! That's what its all about.

    I am tired, but focused and cheat free! I use to collect those buttons every single morning...Cheat free buttons....Been up since 5 doing things, trying to keep ahead of this big wave controlling our circumstances right now...I will be viewing nearby nursing homes today...so we can place mom short term....Lordy, lordy, lordy...just can't wait!

      Good luck with the nursiing home thing. I worked in one for years, and plan to return soon, but that is difficult when working at a more personal level. I will be thinking of you and your mom today. i even got up, dressed and ready to start my day. I was hoping I would feel better today, but Im doing everything I can TO feel better.

        hang in there schell, just do everything you can...I went to the gym in our clubhouse, and I am so wiped out, but I walked a mile and rode 5....thats far less than usual...but hey I am doing all that I can to make baby steps in a challenging time...
        I cannot afford to say, "I don't feel like it" and give in to that...It would cause a tumble.
        But, I did not go full blast either...I am keeping my edge, and you are building an edge...Better to have tried, better to do all that you can, because this will move you forward even if it's just "holding the ground" you already have...
        You know sometimes it's not about movement forward, it's just keeping the same routines in place and interacting with them...I don't care if I looose a single pound right now, but I do care about keeping the water in me, the exercise happening and the eating right...I am fine with holding the habits I have created! No fine tuning, just continual continuing...
        I am proud you are up, dressed, posting, doing all you can...You are going to get well and feel better and beat this thing! YOu are!

          Thanks Jess! You are right, even if youre not losing, but doing things to better yourself, you should still be proud! I need to start thinking like that more often. Thanks for the insight!

            Hey STACers!

            Not much to report today. The work week started yesterday, and already I'm back into the busybusybusy schedule. It doesn't even feel like I HAD a vacation...

            But a regular schedule makes eating on plan and drinking all of my water EASIER, which I am thankful for.

                  I'm finally cleaning the disaster area known as our room, ugh. Somehow I hurt my arm yesterday, not at the gym, don't know what caused it. I felt fine till I went to bed then I discovered I couldn't put any weight on it, push myself up to turn over, nada. I'm calling it my little T-rex arm cuz I'm holding it all gingerly today, lol. I better get back to work, icky icky, I think it's going to kill the vaccuum cleaner when I get to that step.

                    Good Morning, this is the 1st day of my second week of induction. Feeling good. Pants are looser. I had a terrible sweet tooth craving last night and had some cream cheese, stevia, and unsweetened cocoa powder. Did the trick. I really tried to stay away from sweets but I have been battling this sweet tooth all week and last night I caved. But all in all its amazing how I dont crave the stuff I used to anymore besides some of the sweet stuff.

                      Hi All! I'm back in trying to stay in control. Did the Treadclimber at 7 am, and have been cheat free for the past two days and I feel great. I look forward to success in 2007.
