    is string cheese ok on induction? i dont see y not it is mozzerella cheese???? just checkin in thanks!!!!!

    Its likely to depend on what it says on the side of the packet really. Some of the string cheese we get in the UK is processed and is not good. Obviously I dont live in Massachusetts so I am not sure what product you are referring to. Could you list the ingredients for us?

        There should be some fat there too, Jason!!

        F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )

          Yes, Jason, mozzarella is acceptable during induction...for the most part. You're allowed 3oz of cheese each day.

          Just make sure you read your labels to make sure there's no added sugar or any other fillers...I've only see Fat Free cheese have those added sugars and fillers in the U.S; of which we need to avoid all "diet" cheeses
