    Does anyone know if the net carbs are right on these ? I entered them on fitday and it came up as an error.

    It says 2 net carbs...

    Calories: 100
    Carbs : 13g
    Dietary Fiber: 4g
    Sugars: 0g
    Sugar Alcohol: 7g

    2 net carbs would be correct because you subtract the dietary fiber and the sugar alcohols. However, be very careful with things containing the sugar alcohols because they cause stalls in a lot of people. They also cause upset stomach and don't help in ditching the sugar addiction.

      Have you gone through the ongoing weightloss rungs already?

      Here are the ingredients of those tastykakes
      Ingredients: Bleached Enriched Flour (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate-B1, Riboflavin-B2, Folic Acid), Partially Hydrogenated Vegetable Shortening (Soybean, Cottonseed Oils), Eggs, Sugar Free Chocolate Chips (Maltitol, Chocolate, Cocoa Butter, Soy Lecithin, Artificial Flavor), Maltitol, Polydextrose, Glycerine, Food Starch Modified, Natural and Artificial Flavors, Salt, Baking Soda, Caramel Color, Sucralose, Peanuts.
      Lots of OWL rung ingredients meaning they are not Atkins-legal till the highest OWL rung (grains)
      Remember to check ingredients on all readymade products not only the carb counts!!

      BTW if the sugar alcohols don't make you run to the bathroom (explosive diarrhea can be one side effect of eating them) then you really ought to be counting those 7 carbs in your totals as they must be being absorbed by your body, not just 'passing through untouched' as the makers claim!!!
