HELLO TO ALL I AM AGAIN ATTEMPTING TO GET BACK ON THE WAGON. I KNOW THIS DIET WORKS, I HAVE DONE IT BEFORE. I LIKE ATKINS BECAUSE I KNOW IF I CHEAT I BLOW THE WHOLE DIET, AND HAVE TO START OVER. WHERE ON A CUT BACK OR LOW CAL/FAT DIET I HAVE NO LIMITS, AND IT SEEMS HARDER TO STICK TOO. MY ONLY PROBLEM IS GETTING PAST THE FIRST 4 DAYS. I ALWAYS GET A HEADACHE BY THE AFTERNOON OF DAY ONE, AND IT STAYS UNTIL THE 4TH DAY
. BUT AFTER THAT ITS NOT SO HARD. I WISH YOU ALL LUCK, AND WILL BE HERE TO SUPPORT YOU ALL. HAPPY LOW CARBING!!!!
