Crystal Light (single portions for bottled water) & Coke Zero? I assume they count towards our daily sweetener allowance but how much? I love both these products but I'm trying to pare down in order to lose faster. Sorry, if this has been discussed before.

Each serving counts as one of the three servings of sweetener we can have daily. So read the label and see how much 1 serving is.

Also these beverages do not count toward the daily water minimum of 64 fluid ounces.

I'm not sure if Coke Zero has caffeine. If it does, then you might want to re-read the beverage footnote in DANDR 2002's Induction Acceptable Foods list.
