Could some one tell me how I put picks in my messages. I would like to post a before pic. after my two weeks of induction is up I would like to post a pic. to see how I have done.

Sure - first your pictures need to be hosted on a site, like Photobucket, or snapfish.
ONce on a site - you can add that picture to your post by right clicking on it, and going down to properties, and copying the entire http: URL... whole thing, copy it.
Then when you are in the post type [.img.] X [/.img.]
NOw those .'s - the dots in my above IMG thing...get rid of those. So, no dots...but if I didnt add the dots, it wouldnt show it. Where the "X" is, is where you then paste that picture URL you copied.
