    Ok, it is official, I am fat. I am back on plan, going to attempt to low carb, but more of a South beach type way. I cannot give up peas or limas. I could eat them and nothing else.

    So, I will be back, posting trying to stay motivated. i have got to do something.

      Hi psigna! I am fat too.

      Well, peas and lima beans are a lot better than doughnuts and candy....just keep a count on the carbs and see what happens.
