    Morning STACers!!

    Where is everyone? Its been a long time since I was the one to start the check-in thread!

    Hope everyone had a great weekend. I'm on day 8 of my re-induction and going strong. I have a horrible head cold right now, but I'm working my way through it. Suffering through work as we speak, lol.

    How is everyone else doing?

    Sarah--thanks for starting the thread!

    I'm doing well--drinking my water, ate my breakfast, and my pants are falling off me today. I wore these same pants less than a week ago and they were NOT this big...but of course, I can't weigh myself until Feb. as I'm in the No-weigh challenge! So I know I've lost weight, but just not HOW MUCH!

    Today I'm ready for another busy day. I'm going to do some bike miles in the school fitness center after work, then go to Boot Camp later tonight.

        Hi everyone, im doing great, oh my goodness julie i would have ran to the scale lol, you are a much stronger person than i am. I weighed myself this morning with a lost of 8lbs, im done with week one and going into week 2 of induction, which i know that is water weight but it still feels good. I just love this board, i promise i have spent so much time on here in the last week that my family miss me lol, it is just inspiring to read of everyones struggles and triumphs, i think you all are an awesome bunch!!! well i hope everyone has a great monday and remember to drink your water!

          done with 2nd day of induction and goin to start gettin on some mileage for the january mileage challenge (first day of that for me), goin for some cardio right now, stay strong everyone

            I finally got some sleep last night, yay. My tooth is no longer radiating pain, but now it hurts when I close my mouth, lol. As long as I can control that it's better than being in constant pain though. I'll be doing my workout video today and hopefully hitting the gym later on. I have to find things to eat I don't have to chew much, lol.

              Hi everybody!

              Today I am back to my "pre-holiday" weight! Yay!!! Now I can finally get back to losing and shrinking. I am SOOOO glad the holidays are over!

                Morning everyone! I've been attacked by TOM, so I'm feeling icky today. Bleh. But, I'm about to go to the store and stock up and hopefully will be feeling less poofy in a few days!

                  Day 7 and going strong! Everything seems to be going so much smoother this time around. Drinking a ton of water, doing exercices, et c.. Feeling good all around. GOOO US!

                    Hi everyone! I love these check in threads. This is my first one. I re-introduced myself yesterday. This is day 2 of induction for me. Day 1 was great. I felt really calm! The only problem is the caffeine headache. I quite caffeine more for trying to conceive purposes than weight-loss but it'll be a good thing.

                    Had sausage, egg, and pepper "casserole" for breakfast and a salad for lunch.

                      Hi Everyone, nice to see all of you. I am on day 13 of induction and can't believe how quickly it went by. I have not dropped the dramatic amount of weight I dropped the last time I was on which I think was 14 lbs. But I am thinner because my clothes are looser. And I just generally feel so much better that I dont mind that I didn't have the dramatic drop.
                      Last night I made Thai chicken curry with coconut milk because I thought that cocout milk was induction friendly. I guess I was wrong from reading the latest curry posts. I didn't see anything on the can that would make it not induction friendly and I was under the impression from the earlier posts on the curry thread that it was okay. I am soooooooooo confused............ Oh well damage is done either way, and the curry was great so I am not going to sweat it too much.

                          I'm on Day 8 of induction, i feel great, managed to fit some excercise in and i joined the Abs challenge so i've been doing situps every day ---i only "pledged" 30/day, but i've been doing more ---this morning i did 50! and all before 6AM!

                          I'm trying to do a clean induction but i think i'm a bit over on the cheese/dairy products. We had a guest this weekend which meant extra cooking and baking and i didn't even taste a crumb! (Not tasting the brownie cake was toughest---but i haven't cheated at all!)

                            Man, here I am, checking in at 8pm...I am here I am cheat free...I biked 6mi this morning and jogged 2mi...I am lagging on water, but ate very comfortably today...I bet everyone is soooo glad to have the weekend over..
                            Ya'll are all doing sooooo great. Stac is thriving!!! Takes me along time to get aorund to all the posts and Sarah, you are a pro at starting the thread....I remember when you and Jenna called for a roll call one Sunday...it was sooo cool...Been happening ever since...Maybe we can inspire our friend to come visit us over here at STAC...I read good things from her lately...Makes me smile...
