    How is everyone!! Im not on much on the weekend, 3 kids under the age of 7 keeps me pretty tied up. I survived it! I was very nervous about Saturday and Sunday, its so funny all the little mindless habits I still have for instance I was making Tortellini for everyone ( but me of course ) and I came sooo close to popping one in my mouth to make sure it was done!! and the kids wanted PB&Fluff sandwiches and I got fluff on my hand and I went to lick it off Duhh!! I managed to get through it without cheating though. I did go over my carbs a little on sunday with celery...I didnt know it had that many??!! Wont be doing that again! 5lbs gone so far!! The first time I was on Atkins I had lost 9lbs in the first week...but at least im doing it right this time. Hopefully my book will be in the mail today, Im pumped about reading it!!

    Good for you. This is my third time around. I too started last Monday. 5.5 lbs this time around. How many carbs does that celery have? I didn't think it was very high?!? I am tracking this time on fit day trying to make sure I keep my percetages within limits. Congrats on your up and coming wedding. I am sure you will totally rock your dress. Looking forward to hearing more about that as time goes on. Good luck this time around. And congrats on your first week and 5 lbs.

        Lacey, don't forget to subtract your fiber. Celery doesn't really have that high of a carb count when you subtract fiber.

        Your 20 grams is Net Carbohydrates. This means you take the total amount and subtract fiber. YAY!
