Ok, honestly I expected to feel a bit more...I don't know... deprived..maybe. Anyway I am well into day 4 and things are going great. I was a bit over on my carbs on Monday, but I didn't let that get me down. I saw where the bad choices were made and I am aware of what I need to do to stay on the right track.
Anyway, I weighed in this morning and I am down 7.5lbs. I know about the whole not weighing thing, but I figure in the grand scheme of things it really doesn't matter how many times I step on the scale. As long as I don't let the scale determine my self worth, I'm good.
So, it's onward and upward from here. LOL
