Lisa, have fun with the pregnant sister! If it makes you feel any better, I DON'T have kids and I wouldn't be excited either...

Well, it's TOM. Some minor bloating, but last night I had horrible, horrible cramps. Thankfully they are gone! So I'm just trying to drink my gallon of water, and I'm going to the gym tonight, and my boyfriend is going with me! I think I'm turning him into a gym rat. <evil laugh, pinky inserted into corner of mouth>

    Have a great day STACers!

Hi STACers! Sounds like you are all doing well!

I'm hanging in too. I feel great this time around. I'm not having any sugar cravings and I do not feel deprived or hungry. Finally some success . I did good with the water yesterday, which rewarded me with another pound gone!!! Today is day 11 and I'm down 6 pounds. DH has decided to do this WOE with me (he started Tuesday) and that is helping me even more. Love it!

The down side: I'm not exercising yet (unless you count work, chasing my 3 year old, and attempting to clean house and do laundry). I have a head cold and terrible cough. I cannot bear to think of exercising and going into a coughing fit - my chest is killing me. Ugh! But I'm taking it a step at a time and so far so good. I'm hoping that by the weekend I will feel good enough to jump in on my Walk Away the Pounds videos or at least starting out on the treadmill again.

I hope everyone has a great day!!!!!

Look at all you LOSERS in here!

            Hallelujah! LOL

I'm here and drinking my water. I drank almost 150 ounces yesterday but for some reason my lips are chapped as if I'm dehydrated and my calf muscles are cramping as if I'm dehydrated. Humidity has dropped here in Florida the last 2 days with a cold front that came through, so that might be why my lips are somewhat chapped.

I'm back up to 194 this morning. I have a fiber supplement with my name on it to take later that will solve THAT little problem. Heh. Heh.

              Good mooooooooooooooorning ADBB!

I think my trip to NYC this weekend involved a lot more carbs than I thought it did, as I've gained 2.5 pounds and they haven't come off. Of course, I also got TOM on Sunday so that might be part of it. (I got TOM just in time for the plane home, natch). So, I'm in hardcore induction again - I didn't lose any weight at all in december so I need to do that anyway. I wasn't cheating per say but neither was I really counting my carbs. I'd eat as much legal food as I wanted during holiday parties, but that never really works if you're trying to LOSE weight. But, I did make it through december without gaining any weight so that's a plus.

So, I'm off as of yesterday on induction - 20 carbs and only the induction legal ones. Back to bacon for breakfast instead of yogurt! :P

I'm still alive, lol, though I have gotten some people concerned I'm wasting away. My flu is getting better and my toothache isn't on the rampage so much anymore, I can almost close my mouth again, yaay! I think tomorrow I may finally be well enough to head back to the gym, whew. I'm only making about 1000 calories a day like this but I eat when I'm hungry as much as I feel I need to so for now I think I'll live through it. I really want to get into my exercise routine already, only 2 months left to my mini goal! I also think I'll move up to owl today or tomorrow so I can try to get closer to 20 carbs that I never reach yet.

Doing real good! Did the Firm last night. My body is sore, but in that "hey I have muscles there!?!" sort of way. Doing fine on everything but I'm a little sleepy today, too much work. Have to run...no rest for the wicked.

                        Hi everybody!

I was gone most of the day -- my oldest daughter (Amy - 21) had to have a colonoscopy today. Her dad had colon cancer a few years ago (he's cancer-free now), so poor Amy has to start getting colonoscopies at a young age for early detection. The procedure itself was a piece of cake -- it was the preparation last night that was difficult for her.

Anyway.... she survived the whole thing, and the test came back normal.

I did not stay on track today, but I'll be back to basics tomorrow.
