    Coming Back after 1 Year

    I've decided to give Atkins another go after almost an enitre year of being off. I look forward to getting to everyone here!

                      thanks for all the encouragement, today is my first day of induction I hope I won't get as sick as I did last time. last time I just felt horrible for 5 days.

                          Welcome back!!! If you do start to get the induction flu symptoms, just push forward and know that it will be over in just a couple of days.
