    I Stink!!! I Stink!!!!

    I am so Happy.After 2 weeks I cut back on all the xtra veggie carbs I was eating and KABOOM about a hr ago my gf just told me I stunk!
    lol My breathe stinks! Finally.Now that means I am right now track.It usually takes a few mess ups then I get it going.

    These goals maybe pushing it but I am gonna give it my all.

    Re-Start Date: March 31, 2008

    Starting Weight: 265 lbs. Highest ever!

    Goal Weight: 175 lbs. (as of now)

    Goals:

    1)April 30th- 250 lbs.

    2)June 9th- (My 35th Birthday)225 lbs.

    3)July 29th- (Parents 36th Anniversary)199 lbs.:dancing1

    *To be under 200 lbs for the first time since I was a teen would be the best gift I could give them.

          I have been on Induction for a week and a half and noticed while working out the other day that I had a fair odor on myself as well. And it also seems like my sweat is a different consistency. More balmy or something. Whenever I'd get sweaty before, I remeber after I cooled down and the sweat evaporated, I could go on about my day as normal. BUT when I'm in Ketosis I simply must take a shower and brush my teeth before I see anyone or talk to anyone! That's why I have to work out at the end of the day! And I chew sugar free gum! Sorry, Induction- I work wayyyy to close to other people all day long to have bad breath. Especially considering that I am thisclose to finally becoming a real hairstylist, then it would just be bad business to stink!
