"Well MOnday is here, I hope everyone had a great weekend. My two weeks are up and i decided to give myself more time on induction, i have a lot of weight to lose and i need to stay right here where im comfortable at least for another two weeks. I learned some things in the last two weeks about myself and i also learned what i can and cannot deal with. I did not excercise in the last two weeks so i know i would have seen better results if i would have, so im going to get my rear in gear and get moving, i know i can do it!!! I lost 9lbs the first week of doing this and nothing last week which im ok with im in this for a lifetime so im not looking for a quick weight loss and learn nothing from it.

Well i hope everyones monday is going well, i will check in later!!!

    Hi there

Well done on the 9 pounds lost!

I have just finished my first week on induction and am 4.5 pounds down. I can feel the difference with my clothes already.

Lisa - my weight loss seems to come in spurts too. I lost 5 lbs in the first few days but nothing since then (I just started week 2 of induction today). I think I am going to move to OWL after induction because I just miss the variety - cottage cheese, nuts, berries!!!

Zara - I guess we are on the same day! Maybe I knew that and forgot.

        Morning STACers!

Great job on completing induction Lisa and congrats on the 9 pounds gone!!

I too finished my induction period yesterday. I'm down 6 pounds. Lost five in the first week and one last week. Although I wish it would have been a bigger drop during induction, I'm thrilled that its gone and moving forward on extended induction.

        So day 15 for me.

Hope everyone has a wonderul day

Hi Wonder Woman - yep, I think we started the same day. You must be pleased with the five pound loss. I am just weighing once a week to try and save me being a slave to the scales like last time round! X

Congrats ALL on your successes thus far! It's day 14 for me and I feel WONDERFUL! I just finished my workout a bit ago - I usually workout late afternoon right before I would normally start to wear out (on my old eating habits) and it seemed to keep me from getting lazy in the evenings...but today my weekday routine is off because the kids are out of school, so I thought I would experiment with an earlier workout and see what, if any, difference it makes in how I feel throughout the day. I'll let ya know! LOL! I am looking forward to my official post induction weigh-in in the morning! Trying to find some "before" pictures - boy - that's harder than you think...I really did a good job of hiding from the camera! I kept a thorough photo journal of my progress when I did this before but lost almost all of it when my hard drive died in 2004. I so wish I would have backed that stuff up - it was sure motivating!

OK, well I have blabbed enough for now! Hope you all have a great day!!!

              Hey all!

Congrats to all of you who are shedding pounds!

I'm assuming I am as well, but I'm in this no-weigh challenge for January and it's cramping my style. I can feel that I've lost weight--I've lost inches, and I'm checking each week with a pair of pants that are fitting a bit better as each day goes by.

Hope everyone is getting their water and exercise in today. I'm off to Boot Camp class tonight, so I'm sure I'll be whining in the morning about how SORE I am!

                Good morning everybody!

I'm glad to see everybody is doing so well! My hubby and I have been struggling with our discipline. Yesterday, we vowed to stay on track, so please wish us luck!

                  Hi all!

Day 14 for me too. I'll be measuring and weighing in tomorrow morning. I'm hoping for some good news. But even if it's not great, I'm still feeling good, and looking good (at least in my own mind). I'm thinking of staying on induction for another two weeks (at least) just so I can keep doing well. Exercising has helped so much. I used to sleep horribly (in bed at 11:30 of later and up at 5:30), and then of course exhausted all day. But now I'm in bed at 10:30, and wake up at the same time full of p*** and vinegar. Except for tonight, I'm an awards show geek.
