    crystal light to me is cheating however last might after midnite i had a terrible craving, instead of cheating i made a batch of crystal light had a glass and went to sleep im on day 11 and this was my first sign of weakness im also not going to weigh myself until the morning of the 15th day!!!!!!!!

    that's waaaaayyyy better than eating a candy bar or cookies or crackers !! good for you. yes, it's true that we're to lay off the aspartame, but in moments of weakness like that, you did the right thing! go, go, go!

            there are 'cheats'.. and there are CHEATS!!!!!!!! be glad you went for the baby one.... no harm done..

              I agree with the others. There are FAR FAR worse things that people have on induction around here that are "allowed".
