So, whatcha cooking tonight??
Tonight we are having baked chicken leg quarters. I'm thinking of making BBQ sauce to baste when it's nearly done. Not sure yet - depends on time.
Veggies are either green beans with bacon and onions.. or broc. salad. Or maybe steamed broc. So many choices
Gotta love it!
The family will have garlic bread on the side. I"ll have more broc LOL

Beacuse I just left the kitchen deciding that very thing. Tonight will be stir-fry -shrimp for us and turkey for the kids - neither of the kids will eat shrimp (more for me! Ha!). We fried several turkeys at Christmas and the freezer is stocked...so we'll add in some veggies, EVOO and seasonings and that will be that...it's my favorite sort of dinner - the kind that doesn't dirty every pot in the kitchen! LOL! I swear that I need to go buy another set of measuring cups and spoons though...I run the dishwasher everyday, but I swear those things are always in the dishwasher!
